Do Not Bluff at Every Hand

Do Not Bluff at Every Hand

Bluffing is a big part of poker but often people abuse it and it becomes very much like the little boy who cried wolf. If you only bluff once in awhile or when it is absolutely necessary then you will not be as predictable as you will be when you bluff all the time. You see, when you bluff too much people stop falling for it and that is when you are in big trouble. It would be a lot wiser to fold when you think that you need to then to continuously try and bluff people. This is a very good way to lose all of your money and a bit too fast at that. Instead, know when it is time to call or fold and do it. Even when part of you really wants to stay in the hand it is better to give upo when you know there is no chance you can win. Of course this would be a great time to bluff but only if you know how to do it without getting caught up.

If you have a history of being transparent when playing poker at the casino then you will have very little chance of fooling anyone with your constant bluffs. Do not feel alone there are a lot of poker players who bluff much too often or refuse to get out of a hand even when they know it is over. There is no rule that you have to stay in a hand until the end.
